ALBASEM Global for Hotels & Hotel Apartments, part of the investment portfolio of ALBASEM HOLDING – Dubai, UAE, is seeking experienced Receptionists to join its hospitality team in Amman, Jordan.
Position: Hotel Apartments Receptionist
Location: Tla' Al Ali, Amman, Jordan
Employment Type: Full-time
We are looking for professional, service-oriented individuals with extensive experience in hotel and serviced apartment front office operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Welcome guests and manage check-in and check-out procedures.
• Handle reservations, guest inquiries, and requests through telephone, email, and online booking channels.
• Operate Property Management Systems (PMS) and maintain accurate guest records.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure apartment readiness.
• Process payments, issue invoices, and maintain accurate daily transaction records.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and maintain high guest satisfaction standards.
• Prepare daily front office, occupancy, and reservation reports.
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in hotel or serviced apartment reception.
• Direct experience in the hospitality sector, preferably in both hotels and serviced apartments.
• Strong knowledge of front office procedures, reservations, and PMS systems.
• Experience with Booking.com, Expedia, and other online travel agencies is preferred.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Professional appearance, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
